Kantata is a fantastic company to work at. Formed by two well established businesses coming together as a market leader. Mature products and strong strategy for growth with excellent backing and investment. The team at Kantata are the best to work with, experienced, invested, driven, diverse, kind and supportive. Love it here.

Pros

Where do I even start? I began working for Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) five years and six months ago. While my former employer was about to close their Cebu operations, I was trying my luck with another job application (they encouraged people to do so). I was referred to by someone I know, and the rest, as they say, is history. Working at Kantata has given me the sense that I have had an impact on the company. They imposed values that emphasized not only providing exceptional service to clients, but also the importance of putting people first. I've never met a company that could do both—always it's one or the other.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks. People are extremely supportive, which is what makes the difference.

There were doubts when the merger came however everyone was assured that there will be no changes. Today it's now stable and organized.
