Was a good place to be a few years back, but now suffering from massive layoffs.

Competive Pay. Laid back environment.

Cons

Sometimes too laid back. Advancement is limited. If you're good, they try to keep you where you are. They dont want to see you go. Unstable environment in terms of massive layoffs. Current employees are scared for there jobs on the day-to-day basis
