Pros

Best reason to work with Kaplan is the company's respect for teacher's judgment demonstrated by letting them execute curriculum as they see fit.

Cons

No challenges that wouldn't be found in any other organization of this nature.

Pros

The best part about the position was its flexibility, allowing me to take classes or work part time elsewhere. The manager was very supportive and understanding when it comes to helping instructors improve their teaching.

Cons

No real downsides to working at Kaplan except for lack of opportunity for career advancement.
