Pros
New role in department, which gave me room to curate and create a baseline for the role. Colleagues from respective departments were also helpful and provided a lot of help to get me to understand on the job scope.
Cons
Promised guidance was not given and work was not appreciated. Supervisor was very micro-managing and often gave conflicting instructions which affected the flow of work. Did not bother to understand the process but only knew how to inject new items without understanding. When things go south, blame game will be played. Toxic environment to work in.
