Restructure is forcing them to learn new products and depts as the business unifies across a more global scope of work. It's more work than than ever before. It's like getting promoted and demoted at the same time. Can't stress enough- good people are leaving. Massive attrition, few left that know best practices, or are still engaged enough to care like they used to. Operating expenses seems to be number one concern these days.
