      Challenging, creative, and exciting work if you are a sales killer... but the work life balance is far out of whack.

      Pros

      Your ideas will be considered, evaluated and implemented if they are found to have merit. You have the ability to be creative. Although you will always be working... you have the freedom to do that from home, the office, or a third location which is nice for flexibility.

      Cons

      The vision of the company is a moving target. With that, priorities shift on a weekly basis and are very challenging to put in any sort of order. If you meet your sales goals, the question will be did they set the targets too low. The company demands a ludicrous amount of hours (leave work at 9p, get an email at 11p with a response expected by 7a) and the bonus structure is terrible at this level.

      Excellent job. $5 hourly pay increase per year (starting at $19 per hour). Flexible hours. Fun.

      Pros

      Excellent pay increase per year. Fun atmosphere. Flexible hours. Great oppurtunities to move up in company or work more or less hours as you want. Meet new students each quarter. Excellent teacher preparation and training. Support of terrific lesson plan.

      Cons

      Classes are usually at night from 6-9:30 or weekends, which can be terrific or tiring. Teaching always has difficult students every now and then, but few and far between. Lots of staff turnover because people are moved up quickly, but that can be good too.

      Pros

      Hourly pay is good, and once you get through the first cycle the prep time is lessened. I also like my coworkers a lot.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement, nor is there any paid time off or health benefits. This is not a job you get when looking for a career, but it's good for students or people trying to do other things.
