      Excellently organized resources Welcoming culture and people Decent pay if you are OK with part-time, irregular hours Clear expectations, training, evaluations, and feedback Interactions with motivated students makes the job rewarding No grading homework!

      Pros

      It is an extreme pleasure to work there. The people are extremely nice and very polite and engaging with students and staff.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible compared to how much you can earn teaching or tutoring on your own. They should do something about this.

      Good pay, so-so hours

      Pros

      If you're looking for a part-time job, you won't find one that pays much better than this. After one raise (which only required me to cross-train for another test), I earn $24/hour, which isn't too shabby for a part-time job. Also, if you're a recent grad, this is a good resume-job; it's a respectable position that you can use to fill in between full-time jobs, or in tandem with one. The management and staff are friendly and easy to work with, and they work to provide top-quality service.

      Cons

      The hours are varied and if you don't go for classes, you may find yourself without classes and pay for a little while. Sometimes class material can be confusing, and it may take some additional work/contacts to figure it out.
