Pros

Strong, fun company culture, innovative, cutting-edge SaaS product, smart co-founders, downtown startup, takes care of their employees, and great opportunity to provide career growth.

Cons

Creating a new category can be challenging (no one really has something like our product), growing pains that any startup faces as we scale, keeping teams aligned as we scale so we can still fluidly work together.

Amazing atmosphere to learn and grow as an individual. Being a part of this rocket-ship of growth has provided many opportunities to enhance my skill-set and gain an education on the powers of a well executed content strategy. Senior Leadership is very strong and adaptive

Cons

Not as much training as I would like. Compensation model is on the low side of the spectrum, but the opportunity for growth is substantial.
