      I feel privileged to be part of a truly patient-centric organization that is on a worthy mission to rapidly treat infectious diseases for the people who are immunocompromised. It's a gratifying experience to work in an environment where the wellbeing of patients is at the forefront of decision-making. The cutting-edge technology stands this company out from the rest and is continuing to make advancements in the product that delivers additional value to physicians. This makes every day exciting and brings in a new learning opportunity. The organization is populated with kind, intelligent, and humble individuals who are a joy to work alongside. Teamwork is highly valued, with everyone willing to lend a helping hand, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration rather than competition. The benefits provided by the company are nothing short of amazing, catering to our every possible need and ensuring we're well taken care of, professionally and personally. But what truly sets this company apart for me is the interest and investment in individual development. My manager, in particular, has been instrumental in my growth, displaying genuine care for my development and continually investing in my learning. This emphasis on personal and professional development gives me confidence that I can have a long and fruitful career here.

      Cons

      Despite the numerous positive aspects of working here, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One challenge I've noticed is the difficulty in prioritizing the product pipeline. This often leads to confusion and can result in inefficiencies, making it an area that could benefit from a more structured approach or a clearer strategy. Fundraising has also been an area of concern. Despite the cutting-edge nature of our work and the potential impact on patients' lives, the process has been slow, extending over a year now. This can sometimes lead to a sense of uncertainty about the company's future direction and can impact morale. Perhaps one of the more noticeable issues is the occasional misalignment among the top layer of the executive team. This occasionally results in tensions that can trickle down to the rest of us, affecting the overall harmony.
