Pros

Exposure to enterprise software. Work colleagues were great.

Cons

No regular feedback from managers. Pay is low. Some seniors should not be allowed to manage teams as they do not have the people skills for it. Benefits are terrible. Free pizza once a month? how about giving employees a pension like the majority of other companies. (They actually got rid of the pizza too). Product I worked on just kept slapping on new features on top of legacy code that hasn't been touched in 20 years. Every week you would see people leaving the office because they were getting fired. A common pattern I seen was firing senior developers and replacing them with juniors and expecting the same results.

Kaseya is diverse and promotes inclusion and equality. We talk about it all the time at work and our CEO is committed to making the company inclusive to everyone. Im proud to say I recently discovered i'm part of the LGBTQ+ community and have been flying my trans flag and it’s been a great experience with my management in the US. They have been very supportive and understanding of my situation. I honestly find it amazing working here. Everyone is so helpful.
