A handful of coworkers were there for the right reasons!

Cons

What they call coaching is code for micromanaging. For a school that preaches DEI, a majority of upper management is white ladies, including the CEO and COO. There's so much more that I can't eloquently put into words a here. Just stay away.

On-going professional development Coaching support Competitive pay Great benefits 3 plan periods great community of teachers and administrators. The school cares a lot about retaining great teachers and will invest a lot of time in taking feedback from teachers to make the place sustainable long term.

Cons

This job isn’t for the faint of heart. It can at times be demanding. Lack of flexibility in classroom autonomy.
