      The benefits are good. Also, there's a good deal of room for advancement. It's a large company that's owned by an even larger company so no threat of bankruptcy.

      Cons

      Salary through organic growth is not competitive compared to the market place. Expectations are very high and are not compromised.

      You can gain lots of experience very quickly.

      High Stress environment. Everyone is constantly in a panic and you do not get the compensation you deserve for the 16 hour days.
