      Learn a lot, gain many experiences because of chaotic workplace. Opportunity for advancement because not many people stick around.

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance. Everyone is overwhelmed. If you're not, expect to get side-eyed. Mid-level managers are generally good, but far too busy to train you. Toxic culture in the plants. Market is shrinking by the year with the rise of electric vehicles.
