      They have some great employees who have been their for years and have great company and part knowledge.

      Quality systems and controls have not been maintained and are not effective resulting is excessive complaints and defects.

      pays decent optional and mandatory overtime sometimes work is basically just repetition 3 breaks 2,15 minute and 1, 25 minute paid for.

      Cons

      lack of supplies means alot of down time in which your basically just cleaning for hours in the summer it can get really hot depending where you live sometimes mandatory weekends or 1 or 2, 12 hour shifts a week. very strict behavioural tolerance known to fire for the most minor offenses
