Recognized among OEMs as top supplier Protected employees during COVID layoffs using workshare program Connection to Kautex globally and Textron provides vast array of internal growth Many employees have been with the company for 10 plus years

Cons

HR and SLT for Troy has changed for the worse since COVID started. HR will not allow management to manage low performing employees which has lead to low employee engagement and moral from high performing employees. Lack of transparency from SLT and HR regarding company as a whole and Troy office which has lead to many employees leaving the company. Lack of job growth outlook within sales team
