      Great company and challenging due to the automotive nature of the business.

      Pros

      Senior leadership understands what are the things needed to keep the company ahead.

      Cons

      There needs to be better alignment between the US operations and Bonn. The two sides need to work together to achieve the common goals and that can only be done by bridging the gap in cultural differences. The Germans have a unique was of doing things which are more straightforward and less window dressing compared to the US counterparts. This is often a source of conflict but could become a source of getting things done quicker.

      Pros

      Decent opportunities for growth. Global company will give you lots of exposure. Benefits are comparable to other companies of this size.

      Cons

      Management will say one thing and do another. Not all divisions are treated as equals. Compensation package is not consistant within the same job classification.
