      get given responsibility in your box some nice people immediately around you

      silod work style, only speak with 3 people close to your role bad pay with tiny pay increase bad career growth prospects quick to blame employees rather than rethink structure no interest in modernising work culture bad attitude to employee welfare makes everyone miserable and moan about the company company cares about profit only and does well financially, keep all money for big shareholders and give the workers minimum possible - I hope companies with this capitalising on employee happiness cease to exist with modern competitors and the arrival of modern attitudes to work and electric vehicles taking over
