      Pros

      Lots of room for personal growth and training. Multiple locations for lateral and promotional moves. Mid-level managers and directors engaged with employees and their success. Lots of holiday vacation.

      Cons

      Higher level corporate bureaucracy often times a challenge to complete tasks not perfectly aligned with company goals. Fast paced, high stress work environment. Sub-par flexible vacation time.

      Pros

      - Good variation in day to day work - Excellent exposure to all areas of the business - Really good pay for a graduate and given high level of responsibility from the beginning

      Cons

      - Sometimes projects can lack direction from the beginning - Seems to a lack of internal communication between different departments - Wouldnt advise if you are an engineer that wants to go into something highly technical.
