      Pros

      There are several international opportunities for employees. Some smart people with large technical knowledge who has been working in the company for long time. Different departments work quite well together and there is an important team spirit.

      Cons

      The fuel tanks industry is going down and the company is late and not very well positioned for other products where competitors are much stronger. Management hired in big batches and later had to fire most of the new hires. Everything takes long time to change and management change their minds quickly, therefore you might end up with many different unfinished projects. The feeling is that TEXTRON does not want to invest in this business and just try to get as much of it before it is sold or closed at some point.
