      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to learn. Kautex gives its employees a lot of responsibilities in a short period of time, you have to be able to learn and adapt quickly.

      Cons

      Additional responsibilities can be stressful if you're not able to adapt quickly. Kautex is good at reacting to issues but not the best at planning ahead.

      - No real training - Constantly straying from "standard procedure" - Employees who have been there for years are cliquey and don't make you feel welcome - Unreasonable workloads - No work / life balance - Low pay

      You can gain lots of experience very quickly.

      Cons

      High Stress environment. Everyone is constantly in a panic and you do not get the compensation you deserve for the 16 hour days.
