Okay pay and benefits Extensive PTO with time Some opportunity for advancement Some opportunity to work out of state with expenses paid

Cons

Only "cost of living" raises after three years Disorganized Work/life balance not guaranteed No respect for other people's time High turnover Problems go unaddressed too long Little to no competency verification Communication practically nonexistent

Great people.Ok wages. Did i say the best coworkers. Ever.

Cons

No continuity between diffrent jobs. Selectors dont communicate with the put away drivers who dont communicate with the recievers who dont communicate with IC and so on and so forth.
