Pros

Most Benefits, stocks, home time, new well kept equipment, decent pay(but could be better), treated well by management. Easy to take time off. Friendly professional atmosphere. Drivers are treated well. Big on Safety.

Cons

Health insurance costs are raising and being blamed on ACA, they are more worried of the profits then the employees when it's supposed to be a employee owned company. and making us pay more for benefits. Have not had a real pay raise since hiring on 9 years ago since pay is by the route and not the individual driver. No company match 401K. Was much better when it was Tree of Life.

Minimal holidays off. Vacation time not up to par with what companies offer today, minimal staffing for many areas

a total mess...a big time disorganized place ,not direction from managers at all.not respect among the employees and co-workers. Managers don't listen or pretend don't see what's going on
