Pros

In general IT staff is professional and helpful.

Cons

At the upper levels of IT management everything is secretive until the last minute. Little or no employee input or inclusion on anything at any time for any reason. Over scheduling precludes any chance for career development and/or advancement either in-house or external.

Pros

As a sales Rep=Flexible schedule. Pay was decent, as commissioned sales rep. was dependent on my performance and sales.

Cons

They kept losing company representation in Larger accounts. Prior to being purchased by Kehe, the company had sales reps in one particularly large account. The reps stocked the shevles ordered, rotated and sold in new items and displays. that account took over the ordering and stocking process and now Kehe has a rep in the stores about once every month or two.

Company is growing and has facilities across the USA, organized company, good culture, ESOP, profit sharing bonus, good incentive programs for managers and above and for warehouse workers.

Cons

Compensation (good for those who are managers and above), hard to advance in your career if you are not located in the corporate office, high turnover in some departments.
