      The Tree of Life and Peters Imports businesses really round out the portfolio Senior Management communicates well throughout the organization People are friendly, warm and honest Very little back-biting; good teamwork The Customer Care team is outstanding and helpful to both internal and external customers

      Cons

      Still getting over some of the pains of merging two large companies Headquarters in Romeoville, Illinois UNFI is always a threat
