      Keane - no more oppurtunities

      Pros

      Joined as a fresher I have learnt so many things in keane. I got a lot more oppurtunities than a fresher can get which helped me to achieve a lot in my career.

      Cons

      Now Keane has become a place where there are no more oppurtunities. no importance for employee concerns. no more job satisfaction. playing blame games within the organisation has become common in project level as well as management levels.

      Pros

      One of the best known employer was Keane once one year back, honestly speaking it has a very good salary package, provide all facilities, like cab, bonuses.

      Cons

      After merging it is only the brand is Keane, where we all feel it as all together a new company, new place to work with, where there is no admiration for work. No one is bother to know what people want, career growth has nearly vanished.

      Pros

      Hired me right out of school and payed pretty good. Good benefits and everything, even pay for my gym pass. Get to travel a little too which I like. Overall not bad.

      Cons

      Really nowhere to advance to. Management turnover is high so it can be a little trying, as is emplyee turnover. Most people just use it to get a start, fresh grads are 90% of the emplolyees
