      Pros

      I worked with good people and enjoyed a pleasant customer work environment.

      Cons

      All training was on-the-job and self-directed. My project was in the telecom space which was not of great interest to me and I had little choice in assignments.

      you will get only promotions........join if you want only promotion.

      Cons

      no soical behaviour.....the more buttering you will do the more you will grow here.....no human values.....not at all working environment...especially noida location... you will get only promotion,,,no hike and after some time you will be on such a position that you will not be able to explore job in market.
