Your colleagues are not going to be technically great. There may be still people who can get the job done, but they will be very few in number. Lot of technically incompetent people. You will learn next to nothing from this company. The senior leadership is lacking in vision. I(we) once received an email from the CEO saying that a large percentage of our projects were support/maintenance projects, and so the whole company is trying to become a leader in that direction. WTH? That day I decided to resign from the job.
