Pros

At the time I worked for Keane (prior to buyout from Caritor followed by NTT), it was a great place to work with many talented experienced project managers. I learned so much, and was always invited to participate, and contribute.

Cons

Once Caritor took over Keane many of these talented folks left the company and the company's quality and reputation in the market took a nose dive.

Pros

They recruited me out of the blue and gave me a huge raise. Meetings on-site were informative.

Cons

I was unable to be placed in further employment after three years with Keane unless I wished to uproot my family and move several hours' drive away.

Cons

At the time, statewide offices needed more assistance from the head offices due to lack of qualified staff at remote office level.
