Will receive your pay check on time.

Cons

Management has no clue other than counting the dollars..People are just headcount, clients are just cash cows. Have been pretty good at fooling the Japanese bosses, just by managing up.

Good for freshers. At very early stage freshers get lot of opportunities. work pressure depends on projects.

Cons

Lot of politics at middle level management. I have worst experience in this company. Worked for around 2 year for one of the project called JUICE (insurance) but those two year were like hell. Lot of politics and partialities were there in that project. If you are fresher they will expect you to work like a 4 year experienced person, If you are experienced you will die.
