      Good medical coverage, and a possible chance of education for future.

      Cons

      Not always keep in the loop as to politics with in the company or customers.

      Keane used to be good, but not anymore. It's now a desi company. I just wish I could fire the CEO and his board.

      Pros

      The company still has good employees from the old Keane, though many have left or been laid off after the merge in 2007.

      Cons

      The company now just cares only about profits. It treats employees like crap and throws' em away when the job is done. That's why many good people from the old Keane have left, and the new Keane is losing its customers everywhere.
