A little bit better than any other Hyderabad consultancy.
Cons
1. worst management 2. management does NOT care at all about employees. all they care is billing rate they get. 3. in US they are mostly into staffing . Not been able to get more and more work from the same client. 4. No hike 5. sometimes employee do not even know who their manager is. if you are at client location, you will have no communication with/from NTT data side . you just need to keep billing and working at client. 6. huge number of gultis with typical gulti behavior. 7. most of HR is outsourced to india. they have typical indian mentality. 8. Immigration team in USA sucks (non-professional attitude . they wont reply to your emails. they wont answer your calls. they do not do their job properly at all.) ....
