      Good work experience.. lot of learning... but less salary

      Pros

      Good manager, will get lot to learn... office is inside the city... so very less travelling time.

      Cons

      Service based company... hence you are always under constant pressure... no work life balance... salary is not as per industry standards... employees in the company who have worked for 8+ years get less salary whereas people hired from outside are given almost x2.

      Exposure and Opportunities are very good. One can learn very nicely and gain knowledge. Individual Attention is given to the employees.

      Cons

      Appraisal Strategy is very poor. One has to literally beg for a raise in the salary or to get promoted.
