      Stratefy of the quarter dominated everyone's mindset.

      Pros

      There was alot of turnover, so you always knew someone to connect with outside the company. Mo one planned on staying longer than the current project.

      Cons

      The upper management was always turning over. The Caritor personnel hated the old Keane employees. Don't know what has happened since it was sold again.

      Very less competetive people, will get chances easily, easy on site oppertunities collegues are good and cooperative to learn easily

      Cons

      Very Less Package Work life balance is less if you are working in support project u need to work for 24 hours

      Pros

      It is very good place to work for a fresher as well as experienced as the projects are mostly from US and hence there has always been onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      HR department and senior management do not communicate decisions on time to employees. Specially HR department is a bit arrogant too. Rewards team building activities are also very less.
