      1) As good as any other SI 2) Good career path for Managers 3) Things seem to look on the positive side with NTT DATA Americas.

      Cons

      1) Slow in adapting to Change 2) Pretty bad and varied compensation across different groups. 3) High Attrition 4) Politics and BS

      Flexible about work hours, good place to learn something new

      Cons

      To much favoritism,there are bunch of egoists who claim to be mentors for new team members. Do not welcome fresh ideas.They end up working from home all the time and as a new team member you will never find a direction which is very essential in first few weeks.
