      Nice benefits Better pay compared to others Vacation Policy Farily decent learning opportunities

      Cons

      Operating Model Senior Management I did not know that Keane does IT staffing until I joined them. All or almost all employees at Keane are in staff augmentation model. You will never see your Keane manager, all your appraisal and work review will be driven by the client. There is no real difference between Keane and other staffing companies in terms of how they operate their projects.

      1.Good chance to learn if you are a fresher. 2.If you like travelling ,they would keep you roaming around. 3.You can move across to different roles vertically.

      Cons

      1.Management comes and goes like a wind. 2.No proper communication from management, everything is shady. 3.No good compensation and benefits. 4.No training or development of resources.
