      Pros

      I met some really intelligent people there, and always wondered how come they are still sticking on to this company. I guess every one has their own reasons.

      Cons

      The structure still reeks of the former Caritor hierarchy, very red taped and inflexible. Smart ideas are not listened to. unless the brian wave comes from the top. The pay is sub standard.

      Pros

      Helpful senior management. The growth and recognition was good by people around me. The technical challenges and assistance was something makes a good developer out of a person.

      Cons

      The money was not good and each hike was associated with promotion. Hence I felt it is too early to leave technical line for management experience.
