Pathetic company for Experianced

If you are joining as a fresher then in 5 years you'll be PM.

Cons

Even though if you are a PM, you'll be earning very less than TL outside. This company is pathetic for experianced guys. if you are experianced between 2-3, be cautious before joinging only and ask the package by considering two years hike, because HR policies are so pathetic and old (Caritor era.. almost 5 years old) that they will not give you hike even after completing a year and half in company. HR change thier policies as per there conviniance not emploees. Project, onsite everything depends on your luck.

Pros

Experienced great team work in Keane Canada, regular meetings setup for knowledge sharing and issue analysis which were quite helpful for day to day work. Also there are plenty of training provided periodically.

Cons

Promotion chance was slim to work in Keane Canada. Due to the fact of the work, working time was not flexible.

easy work life, relaxed atmosphere, good management, good learning environment to groom yourself, convenient workplace location in the heart of gurgaon

Cons

low salary was a big concern, the work was too easy thus becoming mundane, extremely strict rules for dressing, no informals allowed except friday
