      Keane (formerly Caritor) Policies are only on paper but never implemented. No transparency.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very low compared to other companies. No career growth(expect onsite opportunity that too depends on purely luck). No transparency and no proper infrastructure and no care towards employees. No cab/food facility for people who work late night. Fire people with no proper reason.
