      Good work experience.. lot of learning... but less salary

      Good manager, will get lot to learn... office is inside the city... so very less travelling time.

      Cons

      Service based company... hence you are always under constant pressure... no work life balance... salary is not as per industry standards... employees in the company who have worked for 8+ years get less salary whereas people hired from outside are given almost x2.

      most of offices are within city limits. coffee to seat in morning and noon

      Cons

      freshers becoming managers who have 5+ experience in keane without basics of managerial skills hikes based on only promotions which is absolute ridiculous.
