Good process. If u stay for a longer period with Keane, u ll get a long term onsite oppurtunity for sure. But should be patient enough till 3/4years. .Good work life balance.

Cons

No technical growth. Have to do Excel work after 3 years Pay is not on par. Only maintenance projects. Senior mamangement does nt function at all. Waste. Only old people ll be given oppurtunities. if u are a lateral, then this is not ur company.
