Pros

No one will interfere in your work, best and utmost freedom.

Cons

Greed took over and the acquisition/merger was a miserable failure. All good people are leaving or left. Individual accounts provide poor visibility to the Keane management, they do a lot of shoddy activities to keep revenue up, which leaves highly dissatisfied employees. HR has no clue on what they are upto. Employees who resign from the company get recruited by the client, and the company is happy to sell them for a few additional positions to keep the revenue levels up. No resource management, poor performance management. STAY AWAY PLEASE.

-very smart individuals -great vision for the non-near term future -no micromanagement -complex issues as company is evolving -as company is rebuilding, exposure to various issues -hours are ok

Cons

-no career paths for dedicated staff -no chance for promotion, corporate groups are too top heavy -no performance feedback -management too self-interested -horrible benefits -too much focus on trying to make off-shore staff happy, no attention to US based staff
