      -> Good Process & Standards --> Flexi timings --> Lots of onsite opportunity --> Decent package --> Very platform for the freshers --> Good work will be recognized provided your time is right.

      --> Worst ever communication between managers and developers --> Career minded employees will never get what they want. Like a rat everyone is asked to manage people. --> Good people all go and bad performers are the managers now think about the life. --> Useless mentor based programs, And useless career management department.
