      Pros

      None unless you like working weeks that average 65+ hours for low pay (less than $18\hr) even though you have 20 years of experience.

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of overtime with no pay, and they underpay for positions regardless of experience or industry averages for skillsets. You will pay more for crappy benefits and will actually have to pay money from your own pocket to be able to have the tools to do your job (ie. decent equipment, office supplies, phone\internet, you name it) - especially if you work remotely.
