      For career startup till middle management is a best place to work with. Will get great exp to learn and grow in career.

      Cons

      Need a well structured and organization wide well driven HR operation , process drive and lot of scope to improve and mature in providing professional services. More scope to improve operational efficiencies.

      Talented, helpful people in lower and mid-level positions will help one adjust to the "Keane" way of life.

      Cons

      Those talented, helpful people will be gone soon, either through constant layoffs or they will bolt when job market improves. Key management positions have turned over several times since 2007 acquisition by Caritor.
