Very flexible work hours. No "micro-management". Status reporting and meetings are held at a minimum, Great client working trust and relationship.

Cons

Poor on-boarding for new employees.

New hires undergo a good training on various domains before they work in the actual project.

Cons

Poor projects mostly maintenance or running same petty scripts day in and day out. Very long hours of working. Lack of recognition. Horrible managers who are very inefficient and know only to apply pressure on the team. Work culture is bad and benefits to employees even worse. No promotion or hike in salary even after 3 years of working in the same project. Night shifts and call center jobs if you are unlucky. New hires offered jobs but no joining dates given even after 2 years.
