Great experience and great place to learn the core tools to be a management consultant.

Cons

Lack of growth means parter rank is pretty “staid” and not as dynamic as it could be. Limited turnover of partners causes the rest of the pyramid to stagnate.

The pay is fairly on par with MBB (Manager or below only), procurement and supply chain work

Cons

Kearney does not care about individuals at all - so many of my colleagues were counseled out. Go to careers page and almost of the advertised consultants left over the summer.
