ATK focuses on hiring down-to-earth people who were easy to work with, and was a fun place to work hard

Cons

Of late, there has been more emphasis on becoming a competitive management consultancy. This will improve its standing as a great place to kick off one's career, but also reduces its potential to stand apart from other firms in the industry and attract the kind of talent it once did.
