      Pros

      Fast paced with plenty of learning opportunities for fresh grads

      Cons

      Projects are getting increasingly lean, which usually means many more 2-4 am nights and even weekend work without work credit. Leadership is shortsighted and does not adequately invests in employees and firm tools in the region. Promotions are slower than in the past, with other offices in the region prioritized over Singapore, especially for hiring. Firm is overly transactional with employees, but expects that employees give the firm their all.

      Pros

      Exposure to high-profile projects and clients across industries, collaborative boutique culture, you get to know familiar faces pretty quickly. Access to global resources, knowledge bases, and internal training. Also access to ChatGPT enterprise is great.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging, with long hours, sudden travel and shifting priorities. Last minute proposal/RFP/RFI submissions which feel haphazardly put together at times.
