      Fast pace environment, challenging and interesting projects, very smart colleagues, large clients with complex problems. Overall excellent learning and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing really specific to AT Kearney, but rather management consulting standard (long hours, intense traveling, etc.). No other point to add

      Amazing collaborative culture where people genuinely want each other to succeed. The diversity and brilliance of co-workers ensures a rewarding environment.

      Cons

      Hours as in any consulting firm. But I can see the mentality changing towards working smarter not harder.

      Business Analysts get to be involved with the client and perform analysis that will have a lot of impact on future decisions. Also, there is a great diversity of projects across industries.

      Cons

      Long hours at work and it is hard to maintain a work - life balance, but that may be expected as a consultant.
