Pros
The consultants are great colleagues, really fun to work with and hang out with. They stimulate each other. Feedback by managers and peers is really helpful.
Cons
It is all about image - what partners really think about you is not shared with you: on the partner level, the culture is not open at all. Feedback by partners is not given in an honest way: your image and the economical situation are more important than giving feedback that helps an individual. Many trainings are of poor quality. The ATK alumni network is NOT available for you when you consider leaving, something I still don't understand. If you consider the huge workload, compensation is poor.
